When cancellations apply

  • Before label generation / courier pickup (best case).
  • Before first hub scan (may be eligible based on carrier).
  • After pickup, cancellation usually becomes return workflow (RTO).

Refund methods

Wallet / credits

Fastest resolution. Used against future shipments or adjustments.

Original payment

Refunded to the original method as per banking timelines (typically a few business days).

Disputes & claims

For lost/damaged shipments, share proof and packaging details. We’ll coordinate with courier claim processes where applicable.
